DGC POS (POS Smart Solution) is cloud-based software operated by the owner and operator of DGC POS. 100% free during public beta — no subscription fees or platform charges.
DGC POS — POS Smart Solution is a cloud-based software platform, offered free during public beta. The Service is operated under the DGC POS trade name. Formal company registration details will be published when completed.
DGC POS is committed to an open, transparent model: free cloud access for store owners during beta, with source and community contributions welcomed under our published license. Paid DGC POS Pro may be offered later for advanced features.

1. What “open” means for DGC POS
- Free cloud access — start and run your store on app.dgcpos.net at no platform fee during public beta.
- No selling of the free tier — we do not charge you to use DGC POS in beta.
- Transparent model — our business plan, terms, and privacy policy are published on dgcpos.net.
- Community-first — built for store owners who want stronger inventory, sales, and team management.
2. Software license
Project source code is made available under the MIT License where published in our repository. You may review, fork, and contribute subject to that license. The hosted service at app.dgcpos.net is still governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. What we do not charge for (beta)
- Account signup and workspace creation
- Core POS, inventory, CRM, and reporting features offered in the free tier
- Platform billing or in-app subscription during beta
Online payment gateways are disabled platform-wide during beta. Checkout uses cash, complimentary, or manual card recording only — not live eSewa, Stripe, or PayPal through our platform.
4. DGC POS Pro (future)
Advanced commercial features may later be offered as DGC POS Pro (paid). The free cloud edition remains the entry point for new stores. Pro pricing and terms will be published before any charges apply.
5. Contributions
Feedback, bug reports, and community suggestions help improve the product. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, contributions may be used to improve DGC POS without compensation, as described in our Terms.
